For the past 2 years the HQ Network has been hosted by Gameservers.net. At the end of last month the agreement ended. It ended on a slightly abrupt note, and, in turn, this caused a great deal of sloppy downtime.
Without a proper deal the network hasn't the funds to afford the bandwidth needed to run such a large file site. Currently the plan is to get as much of the network up and running as possible, but it's questionable if UT200XHQ will be able to run on the new server.
The site may end up getting re-activated soon, but there is no possible way we can support direct downloads at this time.
If you are someone who thinks they may be able to help host UT200XHQ (host providers, server admins, etc.) then please send an email to tvan.design@gmail.com. Details will be given, and agreements/deals can be worked out.

With UT2007 in sight, UT200XHQ had an entire re-design setup to launch a few weeks prior to UT2007. The new site offers a complete overhaul on navigation, and fully supports a standard's based design. Everything is tightly integrated, and many new and exciting features were planned. Progress on the engine was nearing 75%. If the network gets the right support from the community UT200XHQ 2.0 can still become a reality.
